How long is the Speedboat Journey?

A direct speedboat ferry runs from Malé to Sh. Maroshi, taking approximately 4 to 4.5 hours — a scenic journey across the beautiful Maldivian sea.

Is Alcohol Served?

Please note that alcohol is not permitted on local islands in the Maldives, including Sh. Maroshi, in accordance with national regulations.

However, for guests who wish to enjoy alcoholic beverages during their stay, we are happy to arrange transportation to the nearest resort island, where alcohol is legally served. This offers a great opportunity to experience the luxury of a resort for a few hours while enjoying your favorite drinks in a beautiful setting.

2. Domestic Flight + Ferry Transfer

Our team can assist with flight booking and ferry timing coordination.

45-minute domestic flight from Velana International Airport (Male’) to Sh. Funadhoo.

From Sh. Funadhoo, take a public ferry (RTL) to Sh. Maroshi.

A great option for guests who prefer a quicker air journey with a local ferry experience.
